Sex Patch or libido supplements for women?
Does anyone know of a solution of sex to women to increase libido that really works? Or a supplement that works? I tried a patch of sex (which actually worked) by a company called London thing, but can not find this on Google.
Supplements Hi! They are much more powerful than the points and the minor annoyance. These are two very good supplements (herbs) working: Guarana Damiana These can be herbs, but they are very powerful, without harmful side effects (with the exception of a welfare gain !)… What more could you want? lol I would not buy the label herbal supplements too expensive and the designer (you know the type, the most publicized trash) … obtain direct and herbs in their natural state (powder of whole plant). Extracted mixtures of fine herbs you do not know what is inside and if the company put the amounts indicated. The bottle of Damiana often recommend products take about 2 capsules per day (of dried whole plant – not extract) – This is not high enough and you will not have much experience, in any case with these doses. One capsule contains only about 400 mg (0.04 g), so if there were only 2 capsules per day, could take 0.8 g of whole plant per day. You must have at least 2G – 4G dry grass, notice any effects. 2G is the equivalent of about 5 capsules per day. Encapsulated herbs in bottles are still too expensive, therefore, by which prefer to buy in bulk in bags of weeds (for example, 4 ounces) and place in capsules of me (with my capsule filling machine that about 20 capsules to fill) … or can I buy the whole plant (not powder) and make a tea with them. You need to take the same amount of guarana as well. Guarana is like caffeine, but not so serious in the system and stimulates the libido and wellbeing more. Together, these two simple supplements are better than Viagra (I've heard, lol)! As a side note, no can beat the good old exercise and healthy eating as a libido enhancer:) things like strawberries, whole grains, tomatoes, etc. beef carcasses of libido very natural.
